Well, the past few months have been … interesting. During that time, I’ve had my lowest low points, which involved being laid off from my job. But that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, since I was able to see clearly what I truly want to do for a career (and I was able to start this little blog, which I think really helped me channel my frustrations and see that I wasn’t alone, especially since I’ve reached the lucky number of 100 followers in only about two months).
But after a short but sweet stint, I’m stopping this blog since … drumroll please … I got a job! (and it’s here: http://www.thedailybeast.com/witw.html) I’m so excited and so nervous. This process was so much easier and quicker than other job searches I’ve had in the past, so it was kind of surprising. And I’d feel like a hypocrite if I continue to post gifs related to unemployment.
